  •      Marietta: Sales Volume .4% UP Avg. Sales Price .4% UP Avg. Days on Market 37.8% DOWN
  •      Stone Mountain: Sales Volume 2.6%UP Avg. Sales Price 35.7% UP Avg. Days on Market 36% DOWN
